Tierra “YogiTB” Briscoe is a trauma-informed Wellness Architect, certified yoga instructor, and founder of Tierra Briscoe Wellness, a premium wellness brand dedicated to making healing accessible for diverse communities, especially those navigating high-stress environments and systemic barriers.

A Prince George’s County, MD native, Tierra traded in her career as a Federal Agent for yoga mats and mindfulness, bringing 18 years of personal practice and 10 years of teaching to the wellness space. She is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher certified in Vinyasa and specializing in Trauma-Informed, Sports Performance, Restorative, and Prison Yoga; a breadth of expertise that allows her to meet clients exactly where they are.

Her background in behavioral science, investigative work, and resilience training is the living foundation of her trauma-informed approach to wellness.

As the founder of sol RESET retreats, Tierra has curated transformative wellness experiences domestically and internationally; from Bali to Costa Rica - including a landmark retreat for 43 Black women at River Mountain. She has led an 8-city wellness tour and built a corporate client roster that includes the NFLPA, Georgetown University, and the Alexandria Police Department, with brand partnerships including Lululemon and the New England Patriots.

Tierra is also the visionary behind Off the MAT, a mentorship community supporting wellness professionals in building sustainable, soul-aligned careers with structure and support.

Her signature approach weaves together yoga, mindfulness, and somatic healing to support embodied healing, resilience, and intentional rest, particularly for high-stress and underserved communities. Her work has been recognized by Vogue Magazine and Fox5DC, and she is a sought-after speaker, facilitator, and corporate wellness consultant across the country.

She holds a Master’s degree in Forensic Studies from Stevenson University and a Bachelor’s degree in Crime, Law & Justice from The Pennsylvania State University.
