The Ja Joint Exerience is bought to you by chef ambassdor and founder Carly Day. The unconventional brand started in 2011 in Brisbane, with Day wanting to create events that promoted Jamaican food and culture.
The key driver was to provide unique experiences that created social and cultural cohesion, drawing upon Day's Jamaican roots, the brand provides amazing classes and events, which le guests inspired and educated.
The brand developed into a spice and sauce product line, which received endorsement from Jamaican Consulate in Tokyo, providing natural and flavour packed dinner kits to the Australian Market.
Our events are led by our founder. Expect a unique experience where you will eat amazing food, be inspired, be educated and connect with like minded people.
