My Sister’s Keypers, Incorporated is a Detroit-based nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals, families, and communities through education, wellness initiatives, and leadership development. Our mission is to provide the key to success by creating opportunities that promote mental health awareness, physical wellness, entrepreneurship, and community engagement.

Through conferences, workshops, mentorship, and community partnerships, My Sister’s Keypers works to address health disparities and expand access to resources that strengthen families and neighborhoods across Metro Detroit.

Founded by Maria B. Stanfield, a behavioral health leader and community advocate with more than two decades of experience serving families in Detroit, the organization focuses on advancing mental and physical health equity, supporting women’s leadership, and creating spaces where meaningful conversations lead to real solutions.
