The Wright Place
The Wright Place is dedicated to creating meaningful opportunities for older adults to connect and engage through programs and events focused on wellness, digital literacy, creativity, and community — spaces where aging is honored, and joy is intentional.
The organization is founded and led by Deana Wright, a Madison native and award-winning journalist and broadcaster who spent more than 25 years as a major-market radio personality in New York City, Philadelphia, and Los Angeles before returning to her hometown to serve as a morning news anchor at the CBS affiliate. Today, after several years in the older adult space, she continues to use her voice to champion and advocate for opportunities and programs that help older adults learn, thrive, and remain connected to community — still using her voice, just in a different way.
