Nordia Bennett
Nordia is a farm educator, social justice facilitator, spiritual director, yoga teacher, and death doula devoted to creating spaces where people can encounter Spirit through the body and the everyday rhythms of life. Their work lives at the intersection of spirituality, land, justice, and care, centering communities often excluded from traditional wellness and faith spaces.
Rooted in the belief that the body is sacred and that wellness is a birthright, Nordia curates experiences that weave together yoga, meditation, reflection, ritual, and conversation. Drawing from their work with the land, spiritual accompaniment, and community facilitation, their offerings invite participants to slow down, breathe deeply, and return to themselves.
Through gatherings like Sunday Church Flow, Nordia holds containers for those reimagining what church, devotion, and spiritual practice can look like outside of traditional institutions—spaces where embodiment, curiosity, grief, joy, and liberation can coexist.
