Cameron Murray

Cameron Murray runs Fresh Economic Thinking, an Brisbane-based tank dedicated to elevating the quality of our economic conversations. He has spent year working in and around property markets and regulator agencies, and has a PhD in the economics of political favouritism and corruption. He is a regular media commentator and speaker and teaches economics to a wide range of audiences in Australia and globally.

Cameron is the author of the book The Great Housing Hijack, about why our policy debate on housing never seems to be resolved, and co-author with Paul Frijters of Rigged, a book that explains how the game of grey corruption is played, how much it costs, and what to do about it.
