Mend Training
Coach Maura and Coach Madison have competed in six HYROX events over the past year and bring firsthand experience on how to strategically attack the race. They understand how to break down the event station by station, focus on proper form, and apply lessons learned from past competitions to help you perform at your best. They also emphasize the importance of proper fueling and nutrition so you’re fully prepared on race day.
This isn’t their first time leading athletes through the process. Last year, they hosted an eight-week HYROX training program and built a strong fitness community centered around training, accountability, and performance.
