The founder of MacGregor's whiskey bars and the principal at whiskeyclasses.com, Chip MacGregor has been talking whiskey, teaching whiskey, and pouring whiskey for decades. A former publisher for Time-Warner, Chip spent years in the publishing world, including helping get several books on whiskies and cocktails onto bookstore shelves. He has taught at conferences around the country, and led numerous groups on whiskey tours to Scotland, Ireland, Louisville, Nashville, and countless places in between. Though his family is from Scotland, he and his wife live on the Oregon coast.
