Our programs make movement supportive and fun while building confidence, physical activity, and community through sport in a welcoming environment.

Part of the nation’s largest non-profit physical medicine & rehabilitation system since 2018. Our partnership with Covenant HealthCare has brought advanced rehabilitation services to the Great Lakes Bay Region. From inpatient care for serious injuries to outpatient therapy, orthotics and prosthetics, and autism support, we help patients recover, regain independence and thrive in their community.
