The Hawaiʻi Childcare & Education Provider Alliance (HCEPA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting, connecting, and advocating for early childhood and education providers across Hawaiʻi. HCEPA works to strengthen the childcare community, provide resources and professional development, and build partnerships that benefit both providers and families.
