Michelle is passionate about helping people trust their instincts, ask better questions, and feel confident using their voice in healthcare. Her work is rooted in the belief that no one should have to navigate healthcare alone.

Courtney Kaplan serves as Outreach Director for Grace Healthcare Advocates and is a key part of building strong community relationships and connections. Courtney focuses on expanding access to advocacy support, creating partnerships, and helping more individuals and families learn that support is available when they need it most. Her work helps bridge the gap between healthcare systems and the people they serve.
