Hi, I’m Audrey!

I’m passionate about the connection we have with mother Earth and all the medicines that she provides. I’m inspired by everyday life and my ongoing studies in traditional herbalism, having completed over 400 hours of herbal medicine training along with a 200 hour Hatha Yoga teacher training in India.

It is in 2022 in San Cristóbal, Mexico, that I discovered ceremonial cacao through School od Cacao and since then it has been part of my path, helping me connect with my body, my intuition, and the present moment.

At the heart of my work is creating spaces where we can reconnect with ourselves and with one another in openness and authenticity, creating nourishing and grounding moments.
