One Hand Care is a nonprofit integrative and holistic care organization based in Wilton Manors, Florida, serving the greater Fort Lauderdale and South Florida community. Founded by Hussein Anan, MD, One Hand Care blends conventional medicine with mindfulness, spirituality, and community-based wellness to make whole-person care more accessible, especially for underserved and financially constrained individuals.

Guided by a mind body spirit approach, the organization focuses on prevention, root-cause care, and sustainable well-being through practices such as mindfulness, yoga, nutrition, movement, and spiritual support. One Hand Care also hosts gatherings and wellness experiences through its community network, with financial accessibility supported through memberships, sliding-scale offerings, scholarships, sponsorships, and volunteer credits.
