Dr. Wanda J. Coston is the founder and visionary of Behind the Makeup and the Mask, a women’s empowerment experience dedicated to creating safe spaces for real conversations, healing, personal growth, faith and transformation.

For more than a decade, Dr. Coston has brought women together through conferences, conversations, workshops and inspirational experiences designed to help women confront what is hidden, rediscover their voices and move forward with purpose.

Mostly know as Wanda Y., she also hosts Midnight Brunch, helping women find their voice and opportunities to speak, Tea Parties and her new role as Founder of P.E.A. - Preachers and Entrepreneurs Association.

Her events blend faith, empowerment, education, storytelling and authentic conversation to create experiences where women can connect, heal, grow and be inspired to become whole.
