Dwan Petti is the founder of Simple Success Partners, a consulting and community platform supporting entrepreneurs and real estate investors through clarity, systems, and meaningful connection. With a background in operations, strategy, and community building, Dwan brings people together through education-driven events, collaborative partnerships, and practical support.

Her work includes leadership within the Southern Colorado Real Estate Investors Association (SoCo REIA), where she helps investors, wholesalers, and professionals build knowledge, relationships, and opportunity. Through the Nationwide Business Connect network, she supports business owners in growing their visibility, audience, and local connections.
