I’m 34 years old, an Army veteran, and currently in college studying to become a welder. Cooking has always been a big part of my life, and I especially love making Mexican dishes. I’m constantly in the kitchen, experimenting, learning new methods, and trying out new recipes. Teaching this class gives me the chance to share that passion and hopefully inspire others to explore and enjoy cooking as much as I do.
