Chef Pan has been hosting the Eat at Pan's Supper Club since 2023. Disenchanted with corporate work and looking for a better creative outlet, he developed the Supper Club concept while taking on his first few gigs for friends and strangers looking for a comfort food experience for their dinner parties and events.

Pan grew up in a small village in rural Greece where food was central to family and community life. Different seasons, holidays, and occasions were marked by signature dishes and traditions. Moving to Thessaloniki, Athens, Mykonos and then London has only added to that canvas of flavors and traditions, influenced by the urban melting pots and cosmopolitan island style.

With Eat at Pan’s, these stories, traditions and dishes live on, and since 2023, hundreds of people have welcomed the Supper Club in their home, to eat like a Greek, and live deliciously.
