I'm Carter, and I've been obsessed with fungi for half a decade now, running my own cultivation lab and nerding out on how amazing mushrooms are. I spent eight years teaching wilderness skills, so I'm used to getting people hands-on with nature, but there's something especially cool about mushroom cultivation. Watching mycelium take over a bucket of coffee grounds and turn it into food is wild every single time. I started Mycologic because I wanted to share this with other people and show them how accessible it actually is.
