The Affordable Housing Division functions include ensuring that facilities that have received City financial assistance to create affordable housing units comply with affordability agreements and investing limited City affordable housing resources to provide affordable housing units and support to the homeless. While the City of Pinole does not own or manage affordable housing rentals and does not provide housing placement services, we hope these resources are helpful.
