Ray Orquiola is the PPIA Treasurer. He is a PPIA alumnus who began his journey at the Junior Summer Institute at UC Berkeley and went on to earn his Master of Public Policy from the University of Michigan.

He built a 27-year career at Wells Fargo, leading executive communications and talent initiatives, helping senior leaders communicate with clarity and impact.

Today, Ray supports PPIA’s strategy and growth, focused on expanding opportunity and strengthening pathways for students to access graduate education and careers in public service.
