Namaste! I a mom, wife, yogi, cosmetologist, esthetician, model, capybara enthusiast, Dr. Pepper drinker and eternal seeker of truth (and perfect lip combo). I live in Fulshear with my amazing husband - truly the hardest working man i know - and my two gorgeous daughters daughters, my sun, my moon, and all of my stars! My 30+ year yoga practice has given me the tools and awareness to create a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment whether in studio, spa, or nature.

When I'm not serving clients in the treatment room at Icebox Cryotherapy in Fulshear as an Esthetician (I love my job and where I work!) you can find me at the Bhakti Farm in Houston, Paloma Trails in Katy, and Crystal Yoga Studio in Sugarland teaching yoga! I am also doing some pop up yoga classes and Sound Healing at Icebox!
