Her Jewel & Her Crown Wellness is a faith-rooted wellness coaching brand serving the Metro St. Louis area. Founded by Dr. MaKesha Harris Lee, we create spaces where Black women and high-capacity women can pause, reset, and reclaim rest as a sacred practice. Through retreats, rest coaching, and soulful experiences like sound baths and affirmations workshops, we help women trade burnout for breathing room.
