I’m Stephanie — a wife, mom, and proud “granny” — and my work is rooted in a deeply personal journey.

A few years ago, I spent two long years sick, searching for answers. I saw 18 doctors, visited two world-renowned medical centers, and spent more than $20,000 out of pocket trying to figure out what was happening to my body. When no one could give me clear direction, I finally said, “enough,” and took ownership of my health.

Through food, lifestyle changes, and faith, I began to heal. Along the way, I learned how to manage many of the symptoms that come with perimenopause and menopause — hot flashes, poor sleep, weight gain, stress, and feeling unlike myself. That experience changed the course of my life, and today I help other midlife women do the same.

I’m a teacher at heart and have spent more than 20 years working in television, public affairs, and business development — roles that allowed me to educate, communicate, and connect with people in meaningful ways. I also hold two health coaching certifications, which help me guide women with practical, supportive, and sustainable lifestyle strategies. Together, this background shapes how I lead workshops: clear, encouraging, and grounded in real life. My goal is always to make complex health topics feel understandable, approachable, and hopeful.

I’m also the host of two podcasts:

Hello, Hot Flash, where I interview leading doctors and health experts to bring honest, practical guidance to women 35+ who want to feel strong, energized, and informed.

Christian Women & Menopause, a 21-episode limited series created to support women who want to navigate this season anchored in faith, reminding them they are not alone and that their bodies — even in change — are still wonderfully made.

In addition to teaching about menopause wellness, I’ve built a supportive space called The Change — a growing community focused on helping midlife women nourish their bodies, strengthen their habits, and walk through this season with confidence and encouragement.

Midlife isn’t the end. It’s the beginning of something powerful, and I love helping women see what’s possible when they feel better in their bodies.

When I’m not interviewing incredible guests, teaching, or creating resources, you’ll likely find me in the kitchen trying a new recipe, curled up with a good book, watching an old 1940s or 1950s classic, or — my personal favorite — hunched over inside a 3x3 tent with my grandsons, playing cars and soaking in every minute.
