Faithfully Fit OKC, led by owner Tia Marsh, is dedicated to helping people fuel their health journeys through faith, fitness, and protein-packed snacks. With a passion for nourishing the body while honoring God, Tia founded Faithfully Fit OKC to provide healthier snack alternatives and create opportunities for the community to grow in strength, balance, and purpose.

Inspired by the mission to care for the whole person, Tia launched Health 360—an event designed to connect individuals, families, and professionals in the areas of spiritual, physical, mental, and financial health. Her vision is to remove barriers to wellness by bringing trusted resources together under one roof in a welcoming, Christ-centered environment.
