Since opening our doors in July 2024, Crystal River Yoga has become a sanctuary for movement, mindfulness, and community in the heart of Crystal River, Florida.

From gentle Hatha and deeply restorative Yin to energizing Hot Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Tai Chi, and Strength & Conditioning, our classes are created to support your wellness journey at every level, and change frequently!
