I'm Emily Fitzgerald, a British woman, who, after being restructured out of my Vice President role in NYC, decided the best thing to do was to write a book on how to use craft (And a few other methods such as creative futures thinking) to find our way through life's ups and downs. There was no way I could or would stay in the city after I lost my job, and as a passionate outdoors woman and climber it made absolute sense for me to move to the Sullivan Catskills. I am a coach, mentor, crafter, strategic thinker, mother and climber with plenty of stories to share and my own ups and downs too!
