Neighbors, I am Terry and am typically found @neighborhoodterry. I am a Veteran, Mental Health Specialist, RYT 500 (Yoga Teacher), Certified Massage Therapist, Photographer & Cinematographer raised In Southeast San Diego with many years of moving and traveling through 5 of the 7 continents and gaining a myriad of experiences and life lessons to pair with.

I am immensely grateful to move from a decade of Social Work in the U.S. Army to providing care amongst my community in San Diego and beyond through a wide array of offerings that pair with my teachings - via Yoga In the park, Open Mic Nights, Mens Empowerment Groups, Veteran Support Outings & much more. These offerings have acted as vehicles to cultivate healthy confrontation and expression with the people in my hometown while adding to the network of wellness that San Diego Is known for.
