Hi, I'm Aime, and I'm so glad you're here!

I'm a certified SOMA Breath® instructor and energy healer (B.E.S.T. practitioner) offering breathwork classes and guided meditation sessions in Orange County, CA. My journey began as a science teacher, but my heart called me toward something deeper—supporting others in their healing and spiritual growth.

Through Life Joules, I hold space for people to come home to themselves. My approach is gentle, intuitive, and rooted in the belief that you already have everything you need within you. Sometimes we just need a little support clearing away what's blocking us from feeling that truth.

Whether you're brand new to breathwork and meditation or have been on this wellness journey for years, you're welcome here exactly as you are. My sessions blend ancient wisdom with modern breathwork techniques, all offered with compassion, presence, and a deep reverence for each person's unique path.
