The Little Bookshop is a family-owned bookshop, café, bar, and community space in East Williamsburg/Bushwick. Guided by a commitment to cultural celebration and community wellness, we uplift BIPOC, women, LGBTQ+ authors, host accessible arts and literacy programming, and offer a warm, joyful environment for neighbors to read, gather, and grow. Our shelves highlight diverse stories, while our menu features comforting bites, great coffee, and a curated selection of beer and wine inspired by our community and journey. From literary events like poetry nights and author readings to craft workshops, music nights and film screenings, we create experiences that nourish both spirit and body—inviting everyone to feel welcomed, seen, and part of the story we are all building TOGETHER.
