Kat Bearden
Kat Bearden is a dedicated educator, community advocate, and leader committed to making a positive impact in the lives of students and families. Kat has spent her career supporting students with diverse learning needs while building strong partnerships between schools, families, and the community.
Beyond the classroom, Kat is passionate about community outreach and service. She actively works to connect families with resources, organize community events, and foster relationships with local businesses, nonprofit organizations, and public service agencies. Her goal is to create opportunities that strengthen communities and ensure that every child has access to the support and resources they need to succeed.
Kat is the organizer of community initiatives such as back-to-school block parties, school supply drives, family resource fairs, and volunteer outreach programs. Through these efforts, she brings together educators, community partners, and local leaders to provide meaningful support for families and promote student success.
