Elk River Brewing Company was founded in 2018 by Brad and Jessica Carrillo, a husband-and-wife duo with a passion for great beer and a greater love for their community. Originally from Colorado, Brad and Jessica made their home in Cecil County over 22 years ago and have been dedicated to creating a welcoming space for locals and visitors since.
