WNCC Workforce and Lifelong Learning Department – Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that life happens, and plans can change. The WNCC Workforce and Lifelong Learning Department strives to offer flexible and fair options for withdrawing from classes or events. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below before registering.

Student Cancellations

• Full Refund: A full refund will be issued if you cancel your registration at least 1 business day prior to the class start date.

• No Refund: No refund will be issued for cancellations made on or after the class start date, or for no-shows.

Note: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days.

If you purchased your registration through Eventbrite, please initiate your refund request through your Eventbrite Account.

Cancellations are timestamped based on when we receive your request.

Class Cancellations by WNCC

• WNCC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrollment, instructor availability, or inclement weather.

• If WNCC cancels a class, all registered participants will receive a full refund.

Special Circumstances

We understand that emergencies happen. Refund exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis for medical emergencies, family emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.
