Vancouver Latin American Film Festival
The Vancouver Latin American Film Festival (VLAFF) is a dynamic celebration of Latin American, Latin-Canadian and Indigenous cinema that has been fostering cultural exchange and bringing people together since 2003. We have set a precedent as the first film festival in the city to include music and culinary components in our programming, creating a unique and immersive experience for our audiences.
As Canada’s longest-running Latin American Film Festival, and one of only two in the country, VLAFF will celebrate its 23rd Edition from September 4–14, 2025, in cinemas downtown and at various venues across Vancouver. Our staff, board, and programming team come from diverse professions, interests, and backgrounds, reflecting our commitment to inclusivity and community representation
