Mo Holloman
Michelle “Mo” Holloman is an ADHD Energy Strategist, coach, and speaker who helps ADHDers understand how their energy actually functions so they can spend energy on purpose and stay connected to their life, not just keep it running.
Her work is built on a pattern she’s seen across ADHD adults who are already functioning inside real life.
They’re managing responsibilities and producing. They keep life moving.
But the way they’re doing it relies on urgency, overextension, and constant internal override. It holds…until it doesn’t. And by the time it stops working, they’re already depleted and questioning themselves.
Through ADHD Energy Strategy and her methodology, ADHD Energy Budgeting, Mo focuses on what’s happening underneath execution.
Where energy is being lost. What’s hijacking it.
And how to redesign patterns so effort becomes sustainable instead of extractive.
Before coaching, she worked in operations, HR, and organizational leadership, where she watched capable people succeed inside systems that steadily drained their capacity.
She holds a Master’s in Human Resource Development and a Bachelor’s in Psychology, with training rooted in how people actually function inside systems, not just how they’re expected to.
She also trained at The Second City Conservatory and The Annoyance Theatre, bringing a deep understanding of human behavior, timing, and presence into her work, alongside an Emmy-nominated and Telly Award–winning performance career where managing energy under pressure isn’t optional.
Her work sits at the intersection of psychology, nervous system awareness, and real-world application, helping women replace costly patterns with precision, clarity, and self-trust so their lives stop requiring more than they can sustainably give.
Mo is the voice behind the ADHD Energy Strategy Podcast, Newsletter, and ADHD Energy Strategy LIVE, a monthly community space where ADHDers gather to become experts in their own energy.
