KREWE OF OUSIA
The Krewe of Ousia Carnival & Social Aid Club exists to promote a sense of community
through sisterhood, culture, charity and vitality. This organization is committed to
preserving and celebrating the rich traditions of the carnival season of New Orleans
embraced as a new tradition in the beautiful city of Atlanta.
