The Uvalde Recovery Program was established under Hill Country Mental Health & Developmental Disabilities Centers (HCMHDDC) in response to a community-wide needs assessment conducted after the Robb Elementary Tragedy. The program was created to address critical gaps in services and support systems, to strengthen the mental health and overall well-being of our community.
