Maribel Maignan is a certified Pilates instructor and founder of Lifted In Faith, a wellness movement dedicated to helping people strengthen their bodies, calm their minds, and move with intention. With years of experience teaching mat and equipment-based Pilates, Maribel combines mindful movement, functional strength, and community connection in every class.
