Masha developed the LEADER Framework and the Freedom Flow Formula to get herself out of the day-to-day, and started teaching other entrepreneurs to do the same. That work became Freedom Builders: a movement helping established entrepreneurs build the systems and teams to step out of operations and into leadership.

Today Masha runs Freedom Builders and Your Freedom Investments, speaks on stages about AI, automation, and delegation, and lives by her own rule: automate it, delegate it, or eliminate it. She's strategically lazy, and she wants that for you too.
