Patricia Anderson, widely known as Lady P, is a powerhouse of purpose, leadership, and service. As the founder and CEO of Lady P & Associates LLC, a Corporate Event & Project Management Company, she brings over 38 years of corporate experience and a Master’s in Business Administration to her mission of educating, empowering, and uplifting others.

An ordained minister, chaplain, and certified Christian counselor, Patricia offers spiritual support and life guidance rooted in faith. She is also a certified life, business, and leadership coach, helping individuals unlock their potential, develop strategic goals, and walk in purpose with confidence.

Patricia is a best-selling author and international speaker whose message of resilience and transformation has impacted audiences around the world. Her powerful belief that “your past failures do not cancel your future success” continues to inspire others to press forward.

She currently serves as School Board President of New Horizon School in Renton, WA; 2nd Vice President of the Houston Lady Lions Club under Lions Club International; and Chief Operating Officer of One Heart International Church. Additionally, she serves on the Ambassador Team for the Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce and is a proud member of The Koinonia Christian Sorority.

Her accolades include the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award (twice in 2023), the 2024 Author of the Year Award (Entrepreneur Empire Awards), and the 2025 180 Lyfe Author of the Year Award.

Originally from Washington, DC, Patricia now resides in Houston, Texas, with her loving family. She lives a life marked by faith, excellence, and service.
