NEW is a community of young professionals in the Twin Cities focused on genuine connection. Through authentic interactions focused on personal and professional development, and brief presentations that take a holistic approach to growth, our mission is to provide a radically welcoming space of encouragement and hope.

NEW was created by two young professionals who felt many networking events to be nerve-wracking, cliquey, or transactional. We have gone to great lengths to ensure our attendees don't have experiences like those. We also found a lot of the groups out there charge a lot of cash to join - at NEW we work hard to keep costs as low as possible (currently it is free thanks to our community partners).
