The City of Sacramento’s Office of Arts and Culture (OAC) is a division of the Department of Convention and Cultural Services and is the City’s chief point of interface with the creative community. The Arts in Public Places Program facilitates public art projects and commissions, and maintains the city's expanding public art collection.
