My mission is to foster a healthy mind, body, and spirit, reducing stress and promoting personal growth through knowledge and community.

Ohm Academy was born from my journey of transforming my original practice, Timeless RN, into a mission-driven space for deep, integrative healing. My offerings include trauma informed integration and wellness nurse coaching, meditation, breathwork, energy work, Kambo and Hape' ceremonies, scalar biofeedback scans, and guidance for alternative practices and journeys with IFS coaching.

At the center of the Academy is my invention—the patented Hydroacoustic Sound Bed, an immersive fusion of subsonic sound, water, and light therapy that powerfully reprograms the nervous system and energetic field. I also offer PEMF, vibroacoustic sound baths, biofield tuning, and color light therapy.
