Jenna currently serves as Director of Strategic Accounts at Irvine Technology Corporation (ITC), a women-owned technology search firm, where she drives impactful hiring solutions while advocating for diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workforce. In addition, she serves as a CIO Certification Course Ambassador, supporting the next generation of technology and business leaders. Prior to ITC, Jenna was Managing Director at Nelson Connects, where she led high-performing recruitment and business development teams, and Vice President at Robert Half, where she managed large-scale hiring initiatives and talent strategies.
