Emily Bingham | Mile High & ALIVE

Emily is a spiritual life coach, author, speaker, retreat leader, and community gatherer on a mission to wake people up to the miracle of this one precious life.

Her medicine? Death.

Through her coaching and experiences, she brings people face to face with their mortality — helping them realign with what matters and see the abundance already around them. She also guides clients through metaphorical deaths — divorce, job loss, career pivots, heartbreak, and other endings — alchemizing hardship into portals of growth and self-discovery.

Her work is born from lived experience. In 2019, she lost her 32-year-old husband, Ian, to Uveal Melanoma. His death became her greatest teacher — and the catalyst for everything she now creates. She is the author of Love & Grief (2024) and has guided hundreds of clients and hosted sold-out retreats around the world.

Emily is a Certified Grief Educator (David Kessler), Dharma & Spiritual Life Coach (Highest Self Institute), and Temple Guide (13 Moon Mystery School) — bringing rare depth to the intersection of mortality, purpose, and what it means to truly live.

Mile High & Alive is her offering to the Denver and Colorado community: free and low-ticket in-person events designed to bring you back to yourself, to each other, and to the wonder of this wild experience called life. These aren't networking events or workshops you sit through. They're experiences — skin to skin, soul to soul, embodied, visceral, and real. Movement and stillness. Ritual and random play. Laughing until you can't stop and crying on each other's shoulders. The full range of what it means to be human, held in community.

Whether you find her on a summit trail at sunrise, gathered around a sacred altar, or dancing in a random flash mob, Emily creates the conditions for transformation that leaves you either in jaw-dropping awe, more connected & aligned, grateful to simply be here, and always ... radically alive.
