YogaSix "Y6" is a yoga studio in Louisville, Kentucky providing energizing and empowering classes in a multi-sensory environment. We add heat for flexibility and challenge. We have six primary class formats and four specialty classes including TRX yoga and Y6 Mobility. All levels welcome!
