Founded in 2016 and located in Washington DC with the mission to grow the global audience for ballet and contemporary dance, the National Performing Arts Funding Exchange - NPAFE - is the country's only nonprofit providing complete pro bono marketing services to performing artists in the world of dance. NPAFE also makes funding available to these artists, in the process assisting them in their business planning, programming and marketing. NPAFE’s AAlchemy initiative is a state-of-the-art incubator / production / performance / living museum center for introducing US audiences to creative new dance works created by artists both inside and outside the United States, with a special focus on live, live-streamed, and pre-recorded immersive digital works for streaming to global audiences.
