I am a Registered Nurse and spiritual practitioner bringing over 20 years of clinical nursing experience together with advanced spiritual training to support deep, lasting transformation of the mind, body, soul, and spirit.

I did not arrive at this work through theory alone.

I arrived through my lived experience.

Like many of the people I now serve, I spent years achieving and caring for others while quietly carrying unhealed wounds, chronic stress, and emotional exhaustion. On the outside, my life looked successful. On the inside, I felt overwhelmed.

My own journey through burnout, trauma, and several profound life transitions led me to seek healing beyond what conventional approaches alone could offer. I learned how to rebuild my life and align with who I truly am.

That lived experience informs every aspect of my work today.
