Sheryl Gomes MS
For over two decades, I’ve worked at the intersection of faith, fitness, and human development, helping people not just change behaviors but transform from the inside out. As a master’s level counselor with over 20 years of experience, along with certifications through AFAA and ACE in personal training, group fitness, and wellness coaching, my work goes beyond workouts and meal plans to help people understand why they do what they do so they can experience lasting change. Through the Salt and Light framework, I integrate biblical truth with principles of psychology and neuroscience to address the root, which is identity, because lasting transformation is not built on willpower but flows from who you believe you are. This is about more than physical health, it is about renewing the mind, stewarding the body, and aligning your life so that you can live fully in who you were created to be.
