We created a comprehensive program designed to promote mental health and well-being, cultivate essential life skills, and foster a strong sense of self-identity and awareness in Girls between the 1st and 12th grades and Women ages 19 and up. Our program covers a wide range of topics, including financial literacy, time management, physical health, wellness, and much more.
