Budbreak Wine & Craft Beer Festival is an annual celebration of North Carolina’s finest wineries, breweries, and local food vendors — all in the heart of Historic Downtown Mount Airy. Hosted by the Mount Airy Rotary Club, Budbreak brings together wine lovers, craft beer enthusiasts, and community supporters for a day of tasting, music, and fellowship, all for a great cause. Proceeds benefit local and international charitable efforts supported by Rotary.
